Coumba was an organizer long before she knew that this
was a profession. As a child, Coumba often cleaned and rearranged
her room for fun. At the age of 16, she got her first job which also
happened to be her first home staging and organizing job. Coumba’s parents were working in South Africa at the time and she landed a position at the American Embassy staging and organizing homes for newly arrived families. It was her job to make sure that new families would have as many conveniences of home whilst waiting for their personal belongings to arrive from their last destination.
Over the years, her friends and family have sought out her ideas on time management strategies, organizational solutions, decorating ideas, paper management, etc. With many seeking her advice and help over the years, she launched her business "Neat & Tidy Spaces”! After graduating from college at the University of the Ozarks, Coumba held several administrative and customer service positions that also honed her natural organizing skills and set up the foundation for what would become her professional staging and organizing business.
Coumba is positive, upbeat, down-to-earth, and calm, and this is mirrored in her approach to clients. Her approach is very practical and she has a “toolbox” full of ideas to customize for each person. It is her great pleasure to listen to people, help people get what they want, do things they didn’t think they could do, and enjoy themselves in the process! Her passion for organizing and staging is what motivates her when working with her clients to help them create a balanced, organized life.
